EMC Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory
EMC Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory
EMC test chambers are used for EMC testing. EMC test chamber engineering includes shielded shells, shielded doors, absorbing materials, signal transfer systems, filters, power supply and distribution and lighting systems, ventilation systems, video surveillance and voice transmission systems, fire and fire protection systems, grounding systems, etc.; It has the function of 3-meter electromagnetic compatibility test. The main body is the shielding shell, screening door, absorbing material, signal transfer system, filter, power supply and distribution and lighting system, ventilation system, video surveillance and voice transmission system, fire alarm and fire protection system, grounding system, etc., as well as other auxiliary facilities necessary to ensure the normal, stable and reliable operation of the 3-meter EMC test chamber.
Through the construction of the project, the electromagnetic environment and test conditions required for the electromagnetic compatibility test of the tested equipment are provided, which can effectively eliminate the interference of external electromagnetic waves and various reflected interference, so as to obtain reliable and standardized test data, and the main purpose is to carry out the compliance test of radiated emission and immunity.

EMC EMC anechoic chamber performance requirements
The main body and ancillary devices of the EMC test chamber shall be tested and calibrated by a third-party authoritative organization, and its technical indicators shall fully meet the site performance requirements of the latest standards of CISPR25 and ISO11452-2, including the site test requirements of the latest version CISPR25 the fourth edition, and meet the requirements recognized by CNAS.
1. Shielding effectiveness index:
Meet EN50147-1, GB/T 12190-2006 standards.
2. Normalized site attenuation:
In the frequency range of 30MHz~1GHz, the test is carried out in strict accordance with the ANSI C63.4-2003 standard, and there is a cylinder quiet area with a diameter of 2 meters at a test distance of 3 meters. The NSA value of the normalized attenuation test in the quiet zone is ± 4dB better than the theoretical NSA value.
3. VSWR of site voltage:
From 1GHz~18GHz according to CISPR16-1-4 ED2 2006 and CISPR/A/710FDIS, the cylinder static zone with a diameter of 2 meters and a height of 2 meters has a test distance of 3m, two heights, and two polarization directions The VSWR is better than 6dB.
4. Field uniformity:
The uniformity of 12 points of 16 test points in the frequency range of 80MHz~1GHz is 0~+6dB, and the standard field is a vertical plane of 1.5m×1.5m in the range of 0.5m~2m above the turntable. (Note: When testing the uniformity of the field, the distance between the transmitting antenna and the EUT is generally 3m, and the ground needs to be covered with absorbing materials)
5. Background noise:
1) The background noise of the space environment in the dark room is at least 10dB lower than the level of the limit value of class B specified in the frequency range of 30MHz~1GHz, and the level of 1GHz~6GHz is lower than 6dB.
